Salon Policies

  • If a client is 30+ minutes late to an appointment, the client will need to reschedule.
  • If a client no shows or cancels within 48 hours before appointment, the client will be charged 30% of service booked. The fee depends on the service.


How many rows of extensions should I wear?

An average person wears anywhere from 1-3 rows depending on hair density and desired end result. Schedule a consultation for an in depth discussion about your hair goals, color matching, pricing and hair maintenance. (Link to a new client consult tab)

Should I come to my appointment with clean or dirty hair?

Come to your appointment as you are! Washing or not washing your hair will not affect your service. 

How do I get my deposit back?

Your deposit will be returned in the same form it was paid as long as your cancellation was a minimum of 48 hrs before your service date.

Can I bring my kids to my appointment? 

Unfortunately with lack of space in the salon, kids are not allowed at the studio during the duration of your visit.
